Here's what you can expect when applying for a role with us:

  • HR Interview

    Our recruitment journey begins with a friendly conversation with Paulina, our head of HR. This stage is all about getting to know you, your experiences, and your career aspirations.

  • Init Call
    (15 minutes)

    In this 15-minute introductory call, you'll speak with one of our technical team members. It's a brief but important conversation where we'll ask a few initial technical questions to better understand your experience and skills. This is also a chance to clarify any early questions you might have and ensure that the role aligns with your expertise and career goals.

  • Technical Stage
    (1-2 hours)

    In this stage, you'll dive deeper into the technical aspects of the job. Whether it's a coding challenge or a problem-solving session, it's your opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for tech.

  • Meet the Client

    Here, you'll meet the client (if applicable), giving you a chance to understand their needs and establish rapport. This helps ensure a smooth collaboration from day one.

  • Welcome on Board!

    Once all steps are complete and both sides are happy, we'll officially welcome you to the team! We're excited to have you onboard and look forward to working together.
