      Purpose

      Through the website you can send your CV for the purposes of ongoing or future recruitment. Your personal data indicated in the CV will be processed by the Controllers for the purposes of recruitment, making contact, assessing your abilities, qualifications and suitability to work for Devopsbay.

      In case you consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitments, as well as for the Controllers to build their own database of candidates, your data will be processed for a period of three years from the moment you submit your application.

Controllers use advertising via Google Ads and also make use of Google remarketing and conversion tracking. These ads appear in connection with searches on websites in Google's ad network. Controllers also use ad lists for search ads, which allow to tailor ad campaign to users who have previously visited the website. These services enable Controllers to link adverts to specific search terms or to show adverts to users who have already visited the website, e.g. relating to a service they have viewed. If you have entered into a contract with Controllers - Controllers process the data for the duration of the contract and the limitation periods for claims arising from the contract. When Controllers process data on the basis of legal obligations, they process the data for as long as it is necessary to do so on the basis of these legal provisions. In pursuit of a legitimate interest, Controllers process data for as long as that interest lasts.

    The timeframe for processing of the above data may be extended if the processing is necessary for the determination and assertion of claims or the defence against claims. After the expiry of the above periods, the data shall be deleted or anonymised immediately.

    Occasionally, Controllers reserve the right to pass on your data , if this is necessary for the performance of services, the fulfilment of obligations and the due fulfilment of applicable laws.

    • to object to the processing of personal data carried out for the purposes of direct marketing,
    • to request the erasure of your personal - the so-called 'right to be forgotten', you have this right when Controllers process your data unlawfully, when you object to the processing for marketing purposes and when your data must be erased so that Controllers comply with a legal obligation,

    Controllers use technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data, ensuring increased protection and security of personal data processing, appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected.

  • 9. Update of The Privacy Policy

    The Privacy Policy will be updated on an ongoing basis if, among other things, new legal requirements or guidelines are introduced. Controllers also take into account changes in technology used for data processing and data protection, changes in the purposes of data processing, the categories of data collected and the legal basis for data processing.
